摘要:以伺服电机作为动力元件的恒水压控制系统,针对液压缸活塞到达行程末端时伺服驱动因过位移量较大而报警死机这一问题进行研究。以Lab VIEW和PLC作为软、硬件控制设施,设计出一种伺服驱动过位移量自动消除控制方法,即改进型TLC(Torque Limit Control)控制方法。改进型TLC控制方法是把伺服驱动转矩限制信号输送给Lab VIEW和PLC处理,进而又将处理后的信号控制伺服驱动,从而阻止伺服驱动滞留脉冲数增加并将已有的滞留脉冲数消除。由试验结果表明,能使伺服滞留脉冲数从295179降到8983,最终从8983降为0,有效地实现了伺服驱过位移量自动消除。
This paper conducts a study on the alarm and crash of servo drive due to oversized displacement when the piston of the hydraulic cylinder arrives at the end of its stroke in the constant water pressure control system using servo motor as power element. Lab VIEW and PLC are used as software and hardware control facilities to realize automatic elimination of oversized displacement of servo drive,namely improved TLC( Torque Limit Control) approach,which transmits the torque limit signal of the servo drive to the Lab VIEW and PLC for processing,and then the processed signal is used for the control of the servo drive,thus preventing the increase of the number ofretention pulses of the servo drive and eliminating the existing number of retention pulses. Experimental results show that the number of retention pulses of the servo drive drops from 295179 down to 8983 and finally drops from 8983 down to 0,thus realizing automatic elimination of oversized displacement of the servo drive.
