摘要:采用AspenPlus软件对甲醇双塔精馏过程进行模拟与分析,分别研究了回流比、萃取水量、馏出比对精馏塔分离效果的影响,确定了最优工艺参数,甲醇的质量分数为99.9%,萃取水用量为770kg/h。
