摘要：运用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑推理法等研究方法对普通高校国防体育师资力量建设的政策保障进行研究,结果表明高校国防体育师资力量建设未能得到均衡发展,究其主因是政策保障的问题。因此,制定政策时应从鼓励有条件的高校与军队联合培养国防体育专业人才的政策入手、改革当前高校国防体育教师的人事政策、增加国防体育专业技术方向的职称评定系列、完善高校国防体育教师业务能力考核的政策导向,从而使高校国防体育师资建设得到均衡发展,这将对稳定高校国防体育师资、开展国防体育活动,提高大学生体质健康水平,增强国防观念等具有重要价值,为高校更好地完成国防教育任务具有重要意义。
Using research methods such as literature, investigation and logical reasoning, this paper researches on the policy guarantee of college national defense sport teachers construction. Result shows that the construction is not developing balanced with the main cause of policy guarantee. Therefore, decision making should start from the policy that encourages combined cultivation of national defense majors by both colleges and armies to reform teachers＇ personnel policy, increase technical title assessment series in this area, and complete policy guidance for teachers＇ proficiency check. The aim is to realize balanced development of teaching resources construction, which will be of great value for the stabilization of college national defense teaching resource, the development of national defense sports activities, the enhancement of college students＇ fitness, and the reinforcement of national defense ideas. At the same time, it is also of great importance for the completion of national defense education duties.
