摘要:双酚A对人体的危害极大,故双酚A型EP(环氧树脂)的应用受到极大限制。以1,4-环己烷二甲酸和丁香酚为主要原料,制备了一种不含双酚A的新型EP,并采用1H-NMR(核磁共振氢谱)法对其结构进行了表征;然后以D230(聚醚胺)作为EP的固化剂,并采用TGA(热失重分析)法和TMA(线性热膨胀系数分析)法对EP固化物的热性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:该EP固化物的热稳定性优异,其在低于300℃时几乎无失重现象;该EP固化物受热后仍具有良好的形状保持率,其在105℃时的热变形量仅为1%。
The applications of bisphenol-A type EP(epoxy resin)have been restricted more and morebecause bisphenol-A has the maximum harm on human beings. With 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid andeugenol as main raw materials,a novel EP without bisphenol-A was prepared,and its structure was characterizedby1 H-NMR(nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum)method. Then,with D230(polyether amine)ascuring agent of EP,the thermal property of cured EP was characterized by TGA(thermo-gravimetric analysis)method and TMA(linear thermal expansion coefficient analysis)method. The research results showed that thecured EP had the excellent thermal stability because it has no almost weightlessness at below 300 ℃. The cured EPafter heat-aging had still the good shape keep rate because its thermal deformation at 105 ℃ was only 1%.
