摘要:为合理选用Inconel 718的切削用量,利用切削仿真和遗传算法开展了工艺参数优化研究。在仿真结果的基础上以背吃刀量、进给量、切削速度为自变量,以刀具最高温度为响应值,采用Box-Behnken试验设计和多元回归拟合技术建立二次多项式回归方程预测模型,应用方差分析方法检验了切削用量对刀具最高温度的交互影响。以刀具最高温度为优化目标,应用遗传算法对切削用量三要素进行了优化,通过切削仿真验证最优参数。结果表明:采用的优化方法能够获得最优加工参数,且该参数具有较好的可靠性。
A cutting simulation and GA algorithm were developed to study on machining parameters optimization in order to select the rational cutting parameters.The depth of cut,feed rate and cutting speed were chosen as independent variable and the highest temperature of tool was chosen as response value on the basis of cutting simulation results.The prediction model of quadratic polynomial regression equations was established with Box-Behnken experiment design principle and multivariable regression fitting method.By using ANOVA,the interaction influence of cutting parameters on the temperature of tool was investigated.GA algorithm was utilized to optimize the cutting parameters taking the highest temperature of tool as optimization object and the optimal parameters were verified by cutting simulation.The results show that the optimization method is reliable to calculate the optimal parameters.
