摘要:采用马来酸酐接枝POE对聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)进行改性,研究了POE含量以及不同接枝率对PBT/POE复合材料性能、结构的影响。结果表明:随POE含量的增加,PBT/POE复合材料拉伸、弯曲强度逐渐下降,当POE接枝率≤0.74%或≥1.79%,PBT/POE复合材料的缺口冲击缓慢上升,而当POE接枝率等于1.29%时,PBT/POE复合材料的缺口冲击强度随POE含量的增加,先缓慢上升后急剧上升,最后保持不变。SEM图像显示:作为分散相的接枝物在PBT基体中的尺寸更小且粒径分布更均匀。
Using polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) as raw materials,maleic anhydride graft POE(POE-g-MA) as the toughening agent,the effect of toughening agent and grafting ratio content on the mechanical properties,morphology of the PBT/POE composites was studied.The results showed that adding POE,the tensile strength and flexural strength of PBT/POE composites were decreased.When grafting ratio was 1.29%,the impact strength of PBT/POE composites rose slowly,then steep rose and kept invariant.SEM micrographs showed that compared with PBT/POE blends,the size of POE-g-MA was minished.
