摘要:目的了解大学生学校归属感与成就动机的相关性。方法采用大学生学校归属感问卷和成就动机量表,对540名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学男生在追求成功和成就动机上得分高于女生,而女生在避免失败动机上得分高于男生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。大学生归属感各因子及总分分别与追求成功、成就动机呈正相关(P<0.01),校园同伴关系认可与避免失败呈负相关(P<0.05)。追求成功与责任感和校园同伴关系认可的回归方程有统计学意义,β值分别为0.278和0.146。结论大学生成就动机有性别差异,学校归属感与成就动机相关,是其中的预测因子之一。
Objective To understand the relationship between sense of school belonging and achievement of uni- versity students. Method 540 university students were investigated by adopting questionnaires to explore their sense of school belonging and motivation for achievement. Results The scores of male students were higher than female students in the aspect of the motivation for pursuing success, while the scores of female students were higher than male students in terms of the motivation for avoiding failure. The differences were statistical- ly significant (P〈0.01). University students' sense of school belonging and the total scores showed positive relationship with pursuing success and motivation for success (P〈0.01), and had negative relationship with peer recognition and avoiding failure (P〈0.05). The regression equations of pursuing success and peer recog- nition were statistically significant with/9 value of 0.278 and 0.146 respectively. Conclusion The motivation for college students achievement has gender difference. Sense of school belonging, one of the predictors, has relationship with motivation for achievement.
