摘要：党的基层组织体系建设经历了曲折探索和不断完善的过程:新民主主义革命时期,党的基层组织体系雏形初现;社会主义革命和建设时期,着力搭建党的基层组织架构;改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期,突出党的基层组织制度建设;中国特色社会主义新时代,加快完善“覆盖全面、功能健全”的基层党组织体系,进一步夯实管党治党基础。根据不同时期的形势和任务,不断优化组织结构,完善组织体系,这是中国共产党百余年奋斗的宝贵经验。
The system construction of the Party's grassroots organization has undergone uneven exploration for the constant improvement as follows:In the new democratic revolution period,the rudiments of the Party's grassroots organization system appeared;during the period of socialist revolution and construction,efforts were made to build the grassroots organizational structure of the Party;in the new era of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,the focus was on the establishment of the Party's grassroots organizational system.And in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the main task is to further consolidate the foundation for Party management and governance by more effectively improving the system of grassroots Party organizations with comprehensive coverage and sound functions.We can draw valuable experience of the Party's striving,namely,to constantly optimize and improve the organizational structure and system in light of different situations and tasks.
