摘要:研究了用NaClO_(3)-HCl-H_(2)O体系从含硒汞酸泥中浸出硒、汞,考察了盐酸浓度、浸出时间、浸出温度、氯酸钠用量、液固体积质量比对硒、汞浸出率的影响。结果表明:相对100 g酸泥,在盐酸浓度3.0 mol/L、浸出时间3 h、温度75℃、氯酸钠用量20 g、液固体积质量比7/1条件下,硒、汞浸出率分别为92.73%和88.29%,从浸出液中分离提取的粗硒和汞的纯度均达99%。
The leaching of selenium and mercury from acid-mud in NaClO_(3)-HCl-H_(2)O system was researched.The effects of hydrochloric acid concentration,leaching temperature,leaching time,sodium chlorate amount and liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio on leaching of selenium and mercury were examined.The results show that leaching rate of selenium and mercury from acid-mud of 100 g are 92.73%and 88.29%,respectively,under the conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration of 3.0 mol/L,leaching time of 3 h,temperature of 75℃,sodium chlorate amount of 20 g,liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio of 7/1.The purity of crude selenium and mercury extracted from leaching solution reaches 99%.
