摘要：汽车驾驶员在雾、霾等能见度低的天气情况下,易因视线受阻导致驾驶不当而发生交通事故。基于雾霾天交通事故频发这一现状,分析雾霾天气下的交通事故特征,并结合我国现有的交通事故资料,综合分析出雾霾与交通事故发生的相关性。这样既提高雾霾天气下道路运行效率,又使交通管理运行体系更加丰富,为雾霾天气下道路运行安全提供理论基础,为交通管理部门提供道路交通基础数据。
Under the condition of bad sight distance in fog,haze and other bad weather,it is easy to cause traffic accidents due to improper driving owing to the line of sight being blocked.Based on the current situation of frequent traffic accidents in haze days,the correlation between haze and traffic accidents is obtained comprehensively by analyzing the characteristics of traffic accidents in haze weather,alone with combining the existing traffic accident data in China.This will not only improve the road operation efficiency in haze weather,but also enrich the traffic management and operation system,it provides a theoretical basis for road operation safety in haze weather and basic data for traffic management department.
