摘要:以Ⅱ型无水石膏、钙粉、胶凝剂、建筑砖渣等为原料制备井下充填挡墙异型砖砌体,研究该胶凝材料的力学性能,通过XRD、扫描电镜分析了体系的水化产物、微观形貌和元素组成,基于试验应力-应变关系曲线建立了该胶凝材料的本构模型。研究结果表明,GM-ISB胶凝材料抗压强度满足充填挡墙的需求。通过扫描电镜观测到GM-ISB胶凝材料内部有大量的微观孔隙结构,指出这些微孔隙结构的存在是影响GM-ISB胶凝材料强度的重要因素。根据实测试件单轴受压应力-应变全曲线建立了试件单轴受压经验本构模型,其应力—应变拟合曲线与试验曲线具有较好的拟合效果。
This study developed a GM-ISB cementitious material,composed of Type II anhydrous gypsum,calcium powder,cementitious agents,and construction slag,for use in special-shaped brick masonry for underground retaining walls.The mechanical properties of the material were investigated through XRD and SEM analysis of its hydration products,microstructural morphology,and elemental composition.A constitutive model was established based on experimental stress-strain curves.The results indicate that the GM-ISB cementitious material meets the compressive strength requirements for retaining wall applications.SEM observations revealed a significant presence of microporous structures within the material,demonstrably influencing its strength.An empirical constitutive model was developed based on the complete uniaxial compressive stress-strain curves of tested specimens,with the fitted curve exhibiting excellent agreement with the experimental data.
