摘要：本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法及数理统计法对贵阳市社区体育资源建设进行研究,随机抽取7个社区体育作为研究对象。研究表明:居民参与体育锻炼的意愿强烈,但贵阳市社区开展体育健身活动少、方法单一、时间短,参与人数极少。其主要原因是市政府及相关部门仅注重其形式宣传,未将社区体育渗透民间,专门的体育组织人员缺少,社区体育锻炼设施严重缺乏,体育场地的管理和维护不足,社区体育专业技术人员极少,缺少社区锻炼氛围等问题。继而根据实际问题,提出进一步设定相关法规政策,提高国家对社区居民体育资源开发利用的重视,加强社区体育活动的开展和管理等建议。
Based on literature review and surveys with questionnaires,interviews and mathematical statistics,the study is to explore the community sports resource development of Guiyang. It randomly selected seven community sports for the study. Data shows that the residents have intense willingness to participate in physical exercise. The physical fitness activities held in the few communities of the city,however,are characterized by dull methods,short time and a small number of participants. The main reason is that the government and related departments focus only on the form of publicity,neglecting the involvement of the communities. Problems exist in the field,including lack of professional sports organizers and facilities,inappropriate management and maintenance of sports grounds,few sports professionals and low morale. Based on the problems,the study proposes the making of relevant laws,regulations and policies so as to attract national attentions to the development and utilization of community sports resources for a better development and management.
