摘要：基于贵州大学的国家级特色专业"机械设计制造及其自动化专业",阐述该专业以"卓越工程师"计划、工程教育认证为代表的专业人才培养体系方面的建设工作。重点阐述建设工作中对人才培养理念与定位,校企结合的人才培养体系设计,培养方案的修订、校外实践基地建设、师资队伍建设、考核与评价等核心工作的开展思路与做法,并对工作中存在的问题及今后的改进方向进行了探讨。
Based on Guizhou University National Specialty of Mechanical Design,Manufacturing and Automation,this paper expounds the recent development in constructing the talent culturing system of＂excellent engineer＂plan and engineering education accreditation,mainly discussing the concept and positioning of talent training in the construction,designing talent training system combining school and enterprise,revising training program,construction of off-campus practice base and construction of faculty,and ideas and practices evaluation and assessment,with a little touch of problems in the work and the improvement direction in the future.
