摘要:赤泥是碱法生产氧化铝的副产物,磷石膏是磷化工业的固体废弃物,解决碱性赤泥和酸性磷石膏的综合利用问题是氧化铝和磷化工生产企业实现可持续发展的必然途径。本文以前期研究寻找到的胶凝材料工艺方法(赤泥和磷石膏作为原料)制备膏体填充柱,通过淋滤实验发现,在持续的淋滤过程中,该胶凝膏体渗滤液中所含的阴离子(PO_(4)^(3-)、SO_(4)^(2-)等)、阳离子(Na^(+)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+))和有毒金属元素Cr会持续溶出,且浓度超过了地(表)下水环境质量标准。因此,要将该材料作为矿山填充胶凝剂使用,还需进一步开展该胶凝材料离子钝化技术研究,以降低其环境风险。
Red mud is a by-product of alkaline production of alumina,and phosphogypsum is a solid waste of phosphating industry.It’s an inevitable way for alumina and phosphorus chemical producers to develop sustainably by addressing the problem of the comprehensive utilization of alkaline red mud and acid phosphogypsum.In this paper,the paste packed column is prepared with the cementitious material technology found in previous research(red mud and phosphogypsum as raw materials).Through the leaching experiment,it is found that during the continuous leaching process,the anions(PO_(4)^(3-),SO_(4)^(2-),etc.),cations(Na^(+),Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+))and toxic metal element Cr in the leachate of the cementitious material would continue to dissolve,and the concentration of which could exceed the groundwater/surface water environmental quality standard.Therefore,in order to use this material as mine filling cementitious agent,it is required to further study the ion passivation technology of this cementitious material,so as to reduce its environmental risk.
