摘要:为了提高重型液力自动变速器缓速器液压控制油路的液压动态特性,通过分析此部分液压控制系统工作原理,使用AMESim软件建立缓速器液压控制系统的仿真模型。通过改变阀芯质量、阀芯直径、弹簧预紧力、弹簧刚度参数,对缓速器进出口流量差和缓速器油腔压力动态特性进行仿真分析。使用遗传算法对影响动态特性较大的结构参数进行优化。结果表明:优化后的液压控制系统振动幅度明显下降,启动响应时间明显变短。
In order to improve the hydraulic dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic control oil circuit of the heavy-duty hydraulic automatic transmission(AT)retarder,through the analysis of the working principle of the hydraulic control system in this section,the simulation model of the retarder hydraulic control system was established by AMESim software.The dynamic characteristics of the flow difference between the inlet and outlet of the retarder and the pressure in the retarder oil chamber were simulated and analyzed by changing the valve core mass,valve core diameter,spring preload and spring stiffness parameters.The genetic algorithm was used to optimize structural parameters that had a significant impact on dynamic characteristics.The results indicate that the vibration amplitude of the optimized hydraulic control system is significantly reduced,and the startup response time is significantly shortened.
