摘要:工作面支架是重要的岩层运动控制手段,支护-覆岩关系是岩层运动及其控制的重要研究内容。现有研究采用理论模型、经验模型等方法,对支护-覆岩关系进行了大量探索,但在理论模型化简、应用范围等方面存在一定局限。在现有研究基础之上,采用一种顶板非均布荷载连续表达,建立3段式周期来压前顶板力学分析模型。研究结果表明,提高工作面支护可有效控制顶板变形,降低顶板弯矩与剪力水平。
Face support is a critical method to control the strata behaviour in underground long wall mining.The correlation between support capacity and roof behaviour is essential in strata control.Analytical and empirical methods have been adopted to investigate the control mechanism of face support to the roof.However,limitations in terms of simplified model and application range are non-negligible.Based on current knowledge and existing literature,a continuous function is adopted in this study to represent the non-uniformly distributed loading over the roof.A three-segment mechanical model was devised to investigate the mechanical behaviour of overlying strata before periodical weighting.A set of case studies were carried out and suggested that the deformation,bending moment and shear force of the roof were effectively reduced by increasing the support resistance.The proposed method offers an analytical model to explore the correlation between support capacity and roof behaviour.The model also can be adopted to identify the mechanical state of the roof.
