摘要:利用高温固相法制备了Tb^3+单掺杂和Tb^3+,Li+双掺杂LiyMg2-x-yP4O12:xTb^3+的新型磷酸盐基质荧光粉,并利用X射线粉末衍射仪、红外光谱仪、扫描电镜、荧光光谱仪对其进行了表征。研究了激活剂Tb^3+和电荷补偿剂Li^+的掺杂对其结构、形貌和发光性能的影响。研究发现Tb3+和Li+的掺杂对荧光粉的激发峰、发射峰位置基本没有影响,其最强激发峰波长、发射峰波长分别位于378nm和545nm,Tb3+的最佳掺杂量为6mol%。同时发现掺杂不同量的Li+均能提高荧光粉的发光强度,当Li^+最佳掺杂量为12mol%时其发光强度最高提高近22倍。
The new phosphate-matrix phosphors with Tb^3+doped and Tb^3+,Li+co-doped LiyMg2-x-yP4O12:xTb^3+were prepared by high temperature solid state method.The phosphors were characterized by XRD,FTIR,SEM and PL.The effects of the doping of activator Tb3+and charge compensator Li+on their structure,morphology and luminescence properties were studied.The results showed that the doping of Tb^3+and Li^+had little effect on the excitation peak and emission peak position of phosphors.The maximum excitation peak wavelength and emission peak wavelength were located at 378nm and 545nm,respectively.The optimal doping amount of Tb^3+was 6mol%.It was also found that the luminescence intensity of phosphors can be improved by doping different amounts of Li^+and the strongest luminescence intensity can be increased by nearly 22 times when the optimum doping amount of Li^+is 12 mol%.
