摘要：汽车发动机的陶瓷增压器和陶瓷挺柱等都是陶瓷与金属的复合件,但是由于陶瓷和金属在物理和化学性能方面都存在重大的差异而造成连接不牢,因此陶瓷-金属的有效焊接的研究一直受到科研工作者的广泛关注。文章在大量阅读国内外相关文献的基础上,对钎焊、扩散焊以及自蔓延高温合成在陶瓷-金属焊接方面的应用进行了分析和总结,指出了他们在陶瓷-金属焊接方面的原理,优点和应用范围,为人们对陶瓷-金属焊接方法的选择提供了参考。
The ceramic supercharger and ceramic lifter used in automobile are both ceramic-metal composite parts. The connection between ceramic and metal are not firm and often easily broken because of the differences in physical and chemical properties of them. The study of welding technology of ceramic-metal are the interesting object for researchers recently. The author analysized and concluded many common welding technologies used in ceramic-metal composite parts welding on the bath of studding many of the resent researches. The fundamentals, characteristics and applications of the common welding technologies are introduced, wich gives people a quick knowledge for choosing a appropriate welding technology and related parameters.
