摘要：现代化农业强劲的发展势头对农人提出了新要求,如何有效培育出应用型人才成为业界学者关注的焦点。本文基于新农业的发展需求,明确了新农人作为社会服务型人才、专业技能型人才、经营管理型人才和复合型人才的需求定位。在此基础上,基于多个主体存在的不足和多领域对新农人的需要,对新农人进行精准培育,旨在为新农业人才培养提供参考。
The strong development momentum of modern agriculture had put forward new requirements for farmers.How to effectively cultivate applied talents had become the focus of attention of scholars in the field of education and agriculture. Based on the development demand of new agriculture, this paper clarified the demand orientation of new farmers as social service talents, professional skilled talents, management talents and compound talents. On this basis,based on the shortcomings of multiple subjects and the needs of new farmers in many fields, the accurate cultivation of new farmers was aimed at providing reference for the training of new agricultural talents.
