摘要:高校实验室是教学、科研的基地。实验室的安全管理是正常进行实验研究、教学的保证。而安全评估方法的掌握,并在实验过程中加以运用,能够提高本科生的安全意识,在实验中避免事故的发生,以及稳妥处理实验中发生的意外。借鉴新加坡国立大学基于实验步骤的半定量安全评估方法,介绍了该方法的实施步骤以及危险等级的计算方法。并以简单的化学合成实验——纳米镍颗粒的合成为具体实例,论证了在实施该方法后,危险等级降低至可以接受的程度,从而避免危险发生。论证了在本科生实验中应用该方法的可行性,为该安全评估方法在其他高校的应用提供参考。
Higher education institution laboratories are places for teaching and doing research. Laboratory safety is the guarantee for the smoothly going of both experimental research and teaching. In addition,the master of risk assessment methods and its application in experiments can enhance the safety awareness of undergraduates,avoid the occurrence of accidents,and safely deal with the accidents occurred during experiments. Experimental activity-based semiquantitative risk assessment method,its conducting procedures and the calculation method for risk level used in National University of Singapore were introduced. In addition,a simple synthesis chemistry experiment,Ni nanoparticle synthesis,was selected as an example to illustrate that the risk level became acceptable after the application of this risk assessment method,it avoided the occurrence of accidents. Further,the applicability of this risk assessment method to the undergraduate experiment was also demonstrated,it will shed light on its application to other universities.
