摘要:贵州大面积种植金刺梨,其销售渠道的缺乏,造成了资源浪费和经济损失,为了促进刺梨的开发利用,选用刺梨、薄荷、菊花调配成一种具有贵州特色的饮料产品。本实验采用正交实验法进行研究,根据色泽、香味、味道进行初步确定适宜范围,最后通过正交试验优化获得最佳配比。分配比为2∶2∶3的饮料中菊花香和薄荷香明显,分配比为2∶1∶2的饮料色泽浅绿黄、明亮清澈,分配比为1∶3∶3的饮料菊花和金银花味明显、不略带苦味,消费者根据自己的需求可以选择适合自己口味的最佳配比。
Guizhou has the large area of gold pear,its lack of sales channels cause the waste of resources and economic losses,in order to promote the development and utilization of thorn pear,thorn pear,mint,chrysanthemum deployment are chose into a kind of beverage products with Guizhou characteristics. The orthogonal experimental method was used for the test of the color,fragrance,taste preliminarily determine the appropriate scope,the optimal proportion were optimized by the orthogonal test. The distribution ratio of 2∶2∶3 showed fragrance of chrysanthemum in drinks and mint,distribution ratio of 2∶1∶2 showed beverage with color light green and yellow,bright and clear,distribution ratio of 1∶3 ∶3 showed drinking chrysanthemum and honeysuckle with no bitter,consumers can choose them for the best proportion of their taste according to their own requirements.
