摘要:本文设计了一种适合固液混合物料的灌装机构,通过仿真软件对往复式隔膜泵曲柄连杆机构进行了运动特性分析,从而得出载荷、力与位移等曲线图;另外,隔膜作为隔膜泵的核心部件,由于在工作过程中受力频繁,直接影响泵的整体性能及灌装精度与质量,对其自身使用寿命及运行也起着很关键的作用。在对隔膜的有限元分析过程中,通过应力云图及形变图得知隔膜工作时的最大应力点处于隔膜中心位置,同时也是产生最大位移的位置,并提出了三种方法对隔膜的结构进行优化。
This paper designs a filling mechanism suitable for solid- liquid mixed materials,analyzes the movement characteristics of the connecting rod of reciprocating diaphragm pump through simulation software,so the curves of load,force and displacement are worked out. In addition,as the core component of diaphragm pump,diaphragm bears frequent stress in the process of operation,which directly influences the overall performance of the pump and its filling precision and quality,as well as on its service life and performance. Through finite element analysis of the diaphragm,the stress nephogram and deformation figure shows that the biggest stress point of the running diaphragm is located at the center,which is also the location of the maximum displacement. In the end,three methods for diaphragm structure optimization are put forward.
