摘要:密封圈材料对航空航天液压系统安全高效运行至关重要,提升密封性能意义重大。铁氟龙材料无法在线弹性下通过弹性模量和泊松比进行准确表征,超弹性力学性能参数匮乏。对铁氟龙材料进行单轴拉伸、单轴压缩和平面拉伸试验,基于拟合优度、均方根误差及相对偏差的计算结果对3种不同本构模型拟合效果进行分析,最后对拟合效果最佳的本构模型进行有限元仿真,验证所选用本构模型的合理性。结果表明:在3种不同本构模型中,在9参数Mooney-Rivlin本构模型下铁氟龙拟合曲线与试验数据高度吻合,拟合优度超0.95,均方根误差低于0.15,相对偏差范围在5%以内。仿真验证与试验数据高度吻合,确保铁氟龙材料本构模型在航空航天应用中的合理性。
The material of seals is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of aerospace hydraulic systems,and enhancing sealing performance is of great significance.Teflon material cannot be accurately characterized by elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio under linear elasticity,and there is a lack of hyperelastic mechanical property parameters.Uniaxial tensile,uniaxial compressive,and planar tensile tests were conducted on Teflon material.The fitting effects of three different constitutive models were analyzed based on the calculation results of goodness of fit,root mean square error,and relative deviation.Finally,finite element simulation was performed on the constitutive model with the best fitting effect to verify the rationality of the selected constitutive model.The results show that among the three different constitutive models,the fitting curve of PTFE under the 9-parameter Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model is highly consistent with the experimental data,with a goodness of fit exceeding 0.95,root mean square error below 0.15,and relative deviation within 5%.The simulation verification also highly matches the experimental data,ensuring the rationality of the PTFE constitutive model for aerospace applications.
