摘要:为了有效破解传统工程教育中技术理性膨胀与价值理性缺失的结构性矛盾,将工匠精神深度融入工科类制图课程教学,通过理论建构与实践验证的双向互动,探索工科基础课思政教学新模式。在理论层面,提出“制图思维工匠精神-工程伦理”三维育人模型,揭示了工程制图知识传授与职业价值观培育的共生逻辑;在实践层面,构建“经典图纸解读-现代标准反思-设计责任内化”的教学链条,通过高铁转向架图纸的标准化创新、汉代地动仪精密铸造的形位表达等案例的思政化改革,实现了专业知识从“工具性认知”向“价值性认同”的转化。经教学实践后,班级学生工程规范意识提升30.6%,制图职业素养量表得分增长32.1%,验证了工匠精神培育对工科类制图学生价值塑造的显著成效。
To effectively address the structural imbalance between inflated technical rationality and deficient value rationality in traditional engineering education,this study integrates craftsmanship spirit into the teaching of engineering graphics courses.Through a bidirectional approach of theoretical development and empirical validation,it explores a novel model for ideological and political education in foundational engineering courses.Theoretically,a three-dimensional education model of"graphic thinking-craftsmanship spirit-engineering ethics"is proposed,revealing the symbiotic logic between engineering graphics knowledge transfer and professional value cultivation.Practically,a teaching chain of"classical graphics interpretation-modern standard reflection-design responsibility internalization'is constructed.Case-based ideological and political reforms,such as analyzing standardized innovations in high-speed train bogie drawings and the form and position representation of Han Dynasty seismograph castings,facilitate the transformation of professional knowledge from instrumental understanding to value-driven commitment.Following teaching practice,the students'awareness of engineering specifications increased by 30.6%,and their scores on the graphics professional competence scale increased by 32.1%,verifying the significant effect of cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship on the value shaping of engineering graphics students.
