摘要:贵州剑河交榜剖面杷榔组发育完整、化石丰富,是开展层序地层研究的良好剖面。据岩石和古生物组合特征,杷榔组跨越寒武系第二统第三阶和第四阶,可识别出11个基本层序。基本层序结构及地层型式综合研究表明,杷榔组为一个由陆棚边缘体系域、海侵体系域、高位体系域构成的Ⅱ型三级层序。寒武系第二统第四阶底部带化石Arthricocephalus chauveaui(乔氏节头虫)于海侵体系域中上部(距离杷榔组底部85.8 m)始现。杷榔生物群则主要富集于高位体系域底部(距杷榔组底部160—166 m)的灰绿—灰黄色薄—中薄层粉砂质泥岩及层纹状粉砂质泥岩中,化石丰度和分异度较高,具原地与准原地埋藏的混合特征,其保存与风暴作用关系密切。
The Cambrian Balang Formation is well developed at Jiaobang section in Jianhe County,Guizhou Province,and is characterized by its abundance of diverse fossils.On the basis of the lithological successions and the records of paleontological assemblages,11 parasequences have been identified for the formation.The parasequence architecture shows that the Balang Formation represents a third-order sequence composed of a Shelf Margin Systems Tract(SMST),a Transgressive System Tract(TST)and a Highstand Systems Tract(HST).The trilobite species Arthricocephalus chauveaui,an index fossil for the base of the Stage 4 of Series 2(Cambrian),first appeared at 85.8 m above the base of the Balang Formation,a horizon falling within the course of the TST tract.The diverse Balang Fauna occurs abundantly in the silty mudstone at 160–166 m above the base of the Balang Formation,a horizon correspond to the beginning of HST.The preservation of the Balang Fauna,typified by its situ and hypautochthonous burial,may be related to occurrences of storms.
