摘要：从新时期高校青年骨干教师党员发展工作的重要性入手,通过问卷调查等方式分析青年教师党员发展工作的现状及原因,提出进一步做好在高校青年教师中发展党员工作的措施,为高校教育事业的发展提供坚强的组织保证。
Researches the developing party members of university youth backbone teachers by the questionnaire survey methods in the new period, and analyses of current situation and the reasons of developing party members of them. Put forward further work for young teachers in developing party members in universities, and offer a strong organization guarantee for the university .
