摘要：随着科学与工程技术的革命性创新及全球化发展的深度融合,建设与发展新工科已成为新时代经济社会发展的迫切需要。新工科建设不仅在于创办新专业、改造旧专业,更在于必须把培养人才的新能力作为新工科人才培养的重点目标。本文从经济社会发展和行业企业需求出发,结合我国高等工程教育现状,分析了新工科人才新能力培养的基本要求,建构了新工科人才新能力的内涵及表现,并以贵州理工学院为例,介绍了新工科人才新能力培养的探索与实践,为相关高等院校新工科人才培养提供参考。
With the revolutionary innovation of science and engineering technology and the deepening integration of globalization,it is urgent to construct and develop the emerging engineering to meet the needs of new era.The construction of emerging engineering requires us not only to establish new majors and reform old ones,but also to take the new ability training of engineering talents as the key target.This paper,based on the social development and the demand of industrial enterprises and the present situation of Higher Engineering Education in China,analyzes the basic requirements for training new ability of emerging engineering talents,and expounds on the connotation and features of the new ability of emerging engineering talents.At last,the training practice of new ability of emerging engineering talents in Guizhou Institute of Technology are introduced,which may provides reference for other institutions.
