摘要：多糖是优良治疗肿瘤的药物之一,能对肿瘤细胞产生毒性作用,还能提高机体的免疫能力,其有效成分具有免疫调节、血糖调节、抗病毒、清除自由基等功效,此外还具有药理活性高,毒副作用小等特点。综述了多糖组成的研究进展,以期为今后多糖的研究提供部分参考。
Plant polysaccharides have obvious treatment effects of malignancy tumor which is one of the three major threats tohuman health. They havea variety of biological activities, such as havinhg toxicities to tumor cells,strengthening immunefunction,regulating blood sugar, anti-virus,eliminating free radicals. They are good medicine with high pharmacologicalactivity but low toxicity. This article makes a summary on the constitution of plant polysaccharides, in order to provide somereference for the study of polysaccharides in the future.
