摘要:基于某重型AT液压系统原理图,为了设计出一套与之相匹配的印刷油路板,更好提高重型AT的工作效率。从一般油道的特性着手,通过搭建液压系统某一段油路的AMESim仿真模型,得到油路的进出口油压,并通过三维软件NX12.0构建不同的三维几何模型,导入Fluent软件中进行仿真模拟。将AMESim软件的仿真结果作为Fluent软件仿真的边界条件,分别分析了不同弯度、不同孔径、不同转角半径与孔径比值对一般油道的影响。总结出各个参数的选用规律,为重型AT印刷油路板的设计奠定了基础,并设计一块重型AT印刷油路板,通过Fluent软件中Adjoint求解器对部分油路进行优化,使优化后的油道进出口压降、速度波动等一系列参数得到改善。
Based on the schematic diagram of a heavy at hydraulic system,in order to design a set of matching printed oil circuit board to better improve the working efficiency of heavy at.Starting from the characteristics of the general oil passage,the inlet and outlet oil pressure of the oil passage is obtained by building the AMESim simulation model of a section of the oil passage of the hydraulic system,and different three-dimensional geometric models are built through the three-dimensional software NX12.0 and imported into the Fluent software for simulation.Taking the simulation results of AMESim software as the boundary conditions of Fluent software simulation,the effects of different camber,different aperture,different corner radius and aperture ratio on the general oil passage are analyzed respectively.The selection rules of various parameters are summarized,which lays a foundation for the design of heavy at printing oil circuit board,a heavy-duty at printing oil circuit board is designed,and some oil circuits are optimized by adjoint solver in Fluent software,a series of parameters such as inlet and outlet pressure drop and ve?locity fluctuation of the optimized oil passage are improved.
