摘要：2020年底我国现行标准下的农村贫困人口全部脱贫、贫困县全部摘帽,这一目标的实现,标志着我国已彻底消除绝对贫困,提前10年实现联合国确定的减贫目标。但农村绝对贫困问题解决后,农村相对差距、相对贫困仍将长期存在,分析探讨农村居民内部收入差距及城乡居民收入差距的演变对立足客观实际,为政府制定促进城乡均衡发展、巩固脱贫攻坚衔接乡村振兴有关政策,推动实现共同富裕具有重要的参考价值和意义。论文主要采用等分法结合收入不良指数及基尼系数估算等,对贵州农村收入差异演变态势进行了分析探讨,并提出了促进贵州农村居民收入提升的对策建议。
By the end of 2020,all rural poor population in China(defined as those living below current poverty line)had been lifted out of poverty and all impoverished counties removed from the country’s poverty list.This achievement marks the complete elimination of extreme poverty and the realization of the poverty reduction goal set by the United Nations 10 years ahead of schedule.However,after the eradication of extreme poverty in rural areas,the relative gap and relative poverty in rural areas will persist.The analysis of and discussion on the income gap among rural residents and the evolution of the income gap between urban and rural residents are of important reference value and significance for the government to formulate policies to promote the balanced development of urban and rural areas,consolidate poverty alleviation,converge with rural revitalization,and advance the realization of common prosperity based on the reality.With the bisection method,combined with the estimation of Oshima index and Gini coefficient,this paper mainly analyzes and discusses the evolution trend of income gap in Guizhou countryside,and puts forward suggestions to promote the income of rual residents in Guizhou.
