摘要：为探究贵阳瑞华酒店项目基坑开挖对临近建筑的影响,采用ABAQUS软件建立基坑开挖的三维仿真模型,就基坑开挖施工各工况下既有建筑的沉降及倾斜等展开计算分析。结果表明,基坑开挖对既有建筑(1)和(2)的影响较大,而对建筑(3)的影响很小;既有建筑主要表现为整体向基坑侧倾斜,其中建筑(2)和(3)的倾斜均满足规范要求,而建筑(1)不满足;负三层前三个区块的开挖是致使建筑(1)倾斜超标的关键工序,设计施工中应重点考虑,做好防护措施,以确保施工安全。
In order to explore the impact of foundation pit excavation on adjacent buildings for Guiyang Ruihua Hotel project,a three-dimensional simulation model of foundation pit excavation is established by using ABAQUS software.And the settlement and inclination of existing buildings under various working conditions of foundation pit excavation construction are caculated and analyzed.Results indicate that there is a significant impact of foundation pit excavation on existing buildings①and②,while its impact on building is slight.Existing buildings mainly reflect an overall inclination towards the foundation pit side,where the inclinations of buildings②and③both meet specification requirements,while the inclination of building does not.Excavation of the first three blocks on negative third floor is the key process that leads to excessive tilting of building①.So,it should be given special consideration in design and construction process and protective measures should be taken to ensure construction safety.
