摘要:聚乳酸(PLA)作为一种生物降解聚合物,在包装、纺织和生物医学领域展现出应用潜力,但PLA材料在低温下的回复能力和形状记忆功能不足以支持其在某些特定条件下的使用。研究通过共混改性技术提升PLA在低温环境下的回复能力及形状记忆功能,将具有热致相变功能的改性蓖麻油与PLA共混。结果表明:制备的改性蓖麻油具有热致相变功能,将其分散在PLA基体中,可在保持PLA原有力学强度的同时显著提升PLA材料的低温回复性能。其中PLA20M的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为(61.91±1.59)MPa和(7.51±0.96)%,与纯PLA的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率接近。与纯PLA相比,PLA20M在30~85℃的温度范围内呈现出连续的温度响应性,能够在较低温度下具有回复功能。PLA20M回复特性对温度十分敏感,回复速度较快,最终回复角达168.4°。改性蓖麻油能够提高PLA的形状记忆特性。研究为PLA在形状记忆材料领域的应用提供实验依据。
Polylactic acid(PLA)is a biodegradable polymer that has shown potential for applications in packaging,textiles,and biomedicine.However,the recovery capability and shape memory functionality of PLA materials at low temperatures are not sufficient to support their use under certain specific conditions.The study aims to enhance the lowtemperature recovery capability and shape memory functionality of PLA through the use of blending modification technology.Modified castor oil with thermally induced phase change properties was blended with PLA.The results show that the prepared modified castor oil has thermally induced phase change properties.When dispersed in the PLA matrix,it can significantly improve the low-temperature recovery performance of PLA materials while maintaining the original mechanical strength of PLA.For example,the tensile strength and elongation at break of PLA20M were(61.91±1.59)MPa and(7.51±0.96)%,respectively,which are close to those of pure PLA.Compared with pure PLA,PLA20M exhibits continuous temperature responsiveness in the temperature range of 30–85°C and has recovery functionality at lower temperatures.The recovery characteristics of PLA20M are highly temperature-sensitive,with a fast recovery speed and a final recovery angle of 168.4°.The modified castor oil can enhance the shape memory characteristics of PLA.The study provides an experimental basis for the application of PLA in the field of shape memory materials.
