摘要：2013年4月18日,经教育部批准正式建立的贵州理工学院,青年教师占了很大比例。研究这部分特殊背景下的青年教师思想政治的现实概况,对于做好青年教师的思想政治建设具有十分重要的意义。如何建设具有针对性、时效性的新型高校教师思想政治教育方式、方法和模式,帮助青年教师树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,实现青年教师与学校的共同进步与发展,也成为了迫切需要关注并解决的现实问题。
On April 18, 2013, the ministry of education approved the formal establishment of Guizhou Institute of Technology, where young teachers account for a large proportion in the college＇s teaching faculty. The study of the young teachers＇ideological and political status in the special background is of great importance for the ideological and political construction of young teachers. A current issue which needs to be urgently addressed is how to build new well - directed, timely approach, method and mode of ideological and political education for the newly - established colle- ges and universities to help young teachers set up the correct outlook on world, life and values, so as to achieve sim- uhaneous progress and development of young teachers and colleges and universities.
