摘要:针对涡旋压缩机的大宽径比电机在高速运转时因不平衡导致转子系统振动过大,从而在工作转速内易出现临界转速点,进而产生共振的问题,利用双面平衡法对涡旋压缩机电机转子系统进行动平衡设计,进一步利用有限元法对该转子系统进行数值仿真,分析了平衡后转子的各阶临界转速,验证了电机转子系统在高达12 000 r/min转速运转时的平衡性能,有效地避免了该转子在整个转速范围内(0~12 000 r/min)出现临界转速点;最后制作出转子样机并成功配套某高速涡旋压缩机。相关研究工作为高速涡旋压缩机的设计提供了一定参考价值。
When the large width-diameter-ratio motor of the scroll compressor is running at a high speed, the rotor system is excessively vibrated due to the imbalance, so that the critical speed point which causes resonance is likely to occur during the operating speed. In this thesis, the double-balance method was used to dynamically balance the rotor of the scroll compressor motor, and the finite element method was used to numerical simulation the rotor system, by analyzing the critical speed of the rotor after balancing, and verifying the balance performance of the rotor system of the motor at up to 12 000 r/min, this research effectively avoided the critical speed point of the rotor in the whole speed range(0~12 000 r/min). At last, the rotor prototype was produced and successfully matched with a high speed scroll compressor. Related research could be a certain reference for the design of high-speed scroll compressors.
