摘要:为了降低充填成本及改变因开采深度加大对矿床开采带来的不利影响,通过充填系统的优化改造与生产应用,实现了全尾砂结构流体胶结充填,充填料浆的浓度与流量均能够在先进的自动控制系统调节下保持稳定,料浆进入采空区后无离析分层现象发生,料浆基本能够在约17h左右正常凝结硬化,所形成的充填体力学性质稳定可靠,为井下开采创造了良好的条件。
In order to reduce the filling costs and mitigate the adverse effects of larger mining depth on deposit mining,the cementation filling with whole tailings structure fluid was made by transformation of the filling system and optimization of the production and application.The concentration and flow rate of filling slurry were able to remain stable in the advanced automatic control system under the regulation and the filling slurry into the mined-out area without segregation phenomenon can be basically normal setting and hardening in about 15 hours with stable and reliable mechanics properties of the formed backfill,creating favorable conditions for underground mining.
