摘要:当前生物制药业正蓬勃发展,行业对生物制药专业高素质人才的需求也在持续增长。除了关注扎实的专业技能,用人单位越来越重视学生的综合素养,注意学生是否拥有健全的人格以及较强的创新意识和团队协作能力。鉴于此,很多院校开始在生物制药专业实施本科生导师制,并融入“三全育人”理念,旨在为学生提供更全面的教育体验和成才指导,从而提升育人效果。因此,研究“三全育人”理念下生物制药专业本科生导师制教学质量评价的现状、问题与优化措施,可为该领域的教育教学改革提供有益的参考。
The biopharmaceutical industry is currently experiencing vigorous development,with a continuousincrease in demand for high-quality talents in the field of biopharmaceuticals.In addition to focusing on solid professional skills,employers are increasingly valuing students’comprehensive qualities,including whether they possess a sound personality,strong innovative consciousness,and team collaboration abilities.In view of this,many universities have begun to implement undergraduate student mentor systems in the biopharmaceutical major,integrating the concept of“three-wide education”aimed at providing students with a more comprehensiveeducational experience and career guidance,thus enhancing the effectiveness of education.Therefore,studying the current situation,problems,and optimization measures of the teaching quality evaluation of undergraduate student mentor systems in the biopharmaceutical major under the concept of“three-wide education”can provide valuable reference for educational reforms in this field.
