摘要:数字孪生技术突破以往航空发动机设计理念和技术约束,以航空发动机数据和模型为基础,从数据孪生、模型孪生和过程孪生三个层次构建航空发动机装配理论体系,实现发动机装配数据传输和信息反馈。融合虚拟仿真技术,基于航空发动机物理样机构建虚拟装配样机,开展航空发动机虚拟装配和虚拟试车等实践教学,重点培养学生多学科协同设计能力和创新设计能力,提升航空发动机装配课程教学效果。
The traditional design concept and technical constraints of aero-engine are broken by the digital twin technology.Based on the aero-engine data and models,the theoretical design system is constructed from three aspects:data twinning,model twinning and process twinning.By combining with the virtual simulation technology,the data transmission and information feedback of aero-engine between the physical space and the virtual space are used to the aero-engine virtual assembly and virtual testing.The multi-discipline collaborative and innovative design abilities,as well as the teaching effect of aero-engine assembly course,are emphasized in present study.
