摘要:针对带传动过程中,带容易发生疲劳失效及断裂等问题,以带传动系统中的多楔带为研究对象,通过实验获得多楔带橡胶的物理特性,并将实验得到的材料特性代入有限元分析软件ABAQUS中,对多楔带疲劳特性进行仿真分析。分析结果表明,随着加载载荷的增加,多楔带单位长度抗拉力不断增大而循环次数则不断减小,随着初始裂纹尺寸的增加,多楔带单位长度抗拉力也不断增大且增加率却不断减小,而循环次数呈现先缓慢减小后急剧减小的趋势;随着位移的增加,多楔带单位长度抗拉力不断增大,而循环次数却不断减小。
To the problems of the belt is easy to produce such as fatigue failure and fracture in belt transmission process,with the V-ribbed belt of belt drive system as research object,the V-ribbed belt rubber physical properties is got by the experiment,and the material characteristic getting from the experimental is substituted into the ABAQUS of finite element analysis software to carry out the simulation analysis on the fatigue characteristic of V-ribbed belt.The analysis results show that with the increase of the load,the unit length tensile resistance of V-ribbed belt is increasing and the cycles index are decreases,and with the increase of initial crack size,the unit length tensile resistance of v-ribbed belt is increasing and the increasing rate is reduced,and the cycles index display the trends of first slowly decreases then sharply reduced.With the increase of displacement,the unit length tensile resistance of v-ribbed belt is increasing,and the cycles index are reduced.
