摘要:以甲基丙烯酸、苯乙烯为接枝反应单体,过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂,实现了聚甲基苯基硅氧烷(PMPS)改性环氧树脂的自乳化。研究了PMPS含量对乳液粒径、稳定性的影响;考查了乳液固化后漆膜的热稳定性、耐盐雾性能、机械性能等。结果表明当PMPS质量分数在40%时,乳液粒径成单峰分布,平均粒径为324.9 nm,以3 000 r/min转速离心15 min无沉淀,固化后的漆膜耐冲击、耐弯曲性能良好,500 h盐雾试验后漆膜完好。
The self-emulsifying polymethylphenylsiloxane(PMPS) modified epoxy resin was prepared with methyacrylic acid and styrene as the grafting monomers under the initiation of dibenzoyl peroxide. The effects of PMPS content on the particle size and stability of the emulsion were studied. The thermal stability, salt spray resistance and mechanical properties of the cured emulsion coating films were investigated. The results showed that when the content of PMPS was 40 %, the particle size of the emulsion presented single peak distribution, the average particle size was 324.9 nm, and the emulsion had no precipitation after 3 000 r/min centrifugal test for 15 min. The film had good resistance to impact and bending. The film remained intact after 500 h salt spray test.
