摘要:为研究承压水上膏体充填开采底板采动破坏特征,以岱庄煤矿11607工作面的采场条件为工程背景,基于FLAC^(3D)数值仿真软件,建立承压水上膏体充填开采流-固耦合数值模型,对充填工作面回采过程中煤层底板的破坏特征进行了研究分析。研究表明:充填开采采动底板的承压水导升高度不明显,煤层底板破坏深度在工作面推进至12.4 m后趋于平缓,且当工作面推进至100 m时达到底板最大破坏深度仅为6 m,理论计算了充填工作面采动底板的最大破坏深度范围为3.83~5.27 m,采用单孔恒定水压法对11607工作面底板进行现场实测,测得底板最大破坏深度为6.50 m,与理论计算、数值模拟所得结果基本吻合。
To study the mining-induced damage characteristics of floor by paste filling mining on confined water, taking the stope conditions at 11607 working face of Daizhuang Coal Mine as engineering background, based on the numerical simulation software FLAC3D, the fluid-solid interaction numerical model of confined water paste filling mining is established, the floor damage characteristics in the process of filling mining face in coal seam are analyzed. Research has shown that the progressive intrusion height of confined water of mining-induced floor by filling mining is not obvious, the damage depth of coal seam floor tends to smooth after the working face advances to 12.4 m, and when the working face advances to 100 m, the maximum damage depth is only 6 m. Theoretical calculation shows that the maximum damage depth of the mining floor in backfill working face is 3.83 to5.27 m; using single-hole constant hydraulic pressure method to carry out field test on the floor of 11607 working face, the maximum damage depth of the floor is 6.50 m, which is basically consistent with the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.
