摘要:针对XM-Z6023减速箱由于受热载荷发生的变形问题,应用ANSYS Workbench软件,对该减速箱进行热态稳定分析,再把热分析结果作为热载荷与静力载荷共同加载到减速箱静力分析模型中,得出减速箱的位移云图和应力分布图,减速箱的变形由静力载荷和热载荷共同作用。分析结果表明,热载荷与静载荷一起共同构成了引起减速箱变形的要素。热载荷是引起减速箱变形的重要因素之一,是进行减速箱数值分析,保证工作稳定可靠不可忽略的环节。
In view of the deformation of the XM-Z6023 gearbox due to the heat load,the ANSYS Workbench software is used to analyze the thermal stability of the gearbox.After that,the analysis results are loaded,as the thermal load and the static load,into the gearbox static force analysis model.The displacement cloud diagram and stress distribution diagram are thus obtained,which illustrates that the deformation of the gearbox is caused by the static load and the thermal load.The analysis results show that the thermal load and the static load together constitute the elements that cause the deformation of the gearbox.The thermal load is one of the important factors that cause the deformation of the gearbox,and it can be applied to the numerical analysis of the gearbox so as to ensure the stability and reliability of the operation.
