摘要：目的调查贵州某高校大学生对艾滋病的了解情况,为大学生艾滋病的防治工作提供理论依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,在贵阳某高校选取400名学生进行问卷调查。使用SPSS 19.0统计软件对数据进行分析。结果大学生对于"外表健康的病毒携带者也是主要的传染源""艾滋病通过血液和性传播的主要传播途径"的知晓率较高,分别为81.25%,92.3%,对"日常接触、握手、共同进餐、游泳、共用洗手间,蚊虫叮咬是否传播""共用剃须刀、牙刷、浴室的修脚刀会传播""去美容院文眉、文身,去消毒不严的小诊所看牙会传播"的知晓率较低,分别为58%,54.8%,63%。大部分同学认为艾滋病离自己很遥远,对艾滋病防护的重视程度差。结论学校应采取多种形式加强对艾滋病防治知识的宣传教育。
Objective To investigate the understanding of AIDS among college students in a university in Guizhou Province, so as to provide the evidence for the prevention and treatment of AIDS among them.MethodsA total of 400 college students from a university in Guiyang City were selected by the stratified cluster sampling method and investigated by questionnaires, and the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0.ResultsThe awareness rates of "healthy-looking virus carriers are also the main source of infection" and "AIDS is the main route of transmission through blood and sex" are high(81.25% and92.3% respectively). The awareness rates of "daily contact, shaking hands, eating together, swimming, sharing toilets, whether mosquito bites will spread", "pedicure knife sharing shavers, toothbrushes and bathrooms will spread", "eyebrow tattooing and tattooing in beauty parlors, and tooth scanning in small clinics with lax disinfection will spread" were lower(58%, 54.8%and 63%, respectively). Most of the students thought that AIDS was far away from themselves and paid little attention to AIDS prevention.ConclusionSchools should take various forms to strengthen the health education of AIDS prevention knowledge.
