摘要:以西南地区重要中心城市之一的贵阳市为研究对象,基于兴趣点(POI)数据,运用核密度估计、标准差椭圆、平均最近邻等GIS空间分析方法,分析贵阳市餐饮空间格局。结果表明:(1)贵阳市餐饮呈现"一核、五带、多点"的空间格局,与贵阳市实施的"北拓、南延、西连、东扩"空间发展策略吻合;(2)贵阳市餐饮业发展方向呈现偏北—偏南格局,餐饮业空间分布方向与城市拓展方向一致,向北与贵阳副中心观山湖区相连,向南与国家级新区贵安新区相连;(3)根据平均最近邻距离分析法,餐饮业分布符合最优区位选择,集聚特征明显,其它餐饮类型集聚度最高,其次为中餐,再次为外国餐厅;(4)贵阳中餐云贵菜系一枝独秀,外国菜系没有优势度,其它餐饮类型中休闲娱乐型餐饮优势度较高,映射了贵阳市民的生活态度、生活节奏与偏好。
Taking Guiyang,one of the important cities in Southwest China,as the research object,based on the point of interest(POI)data,the catering spatial patterns in Guiyang were analyzed by using kernel density estimation,standard deviation ellipse and average nearest neighbor GIS spatial analysis methods.The results show that:(1)the catering industry in Guiyang City presents the following characteristics of"one core,five belts and multiple points",which is consistent with the spatial development strategy of"north extension,South extension,West connection and East Expansion"implemented by Guiyang.(2)The development direction of catering industry in Guiyang presents the of North-South pattern.The spatial distribution direction of catering industry is consistent with the direction of urban expansion,to the north,connecting Guanshanhu District,the sub center of Guiyang;to the south,connecting Gui’an District,a national new district.(3)According to the average nearest neighbor distance analysis method,the distribution of catering industry is in line with the optimal location choice,and the agglomeration characteristics are obvious.Other catering types have the highest degree of agglomeration,followed by Chinese food and foreign restaurants.(4)The Yunnan Guizhou cuisine is outshining others in Guiyang,while the foreign cuisine has no superiority.The leisure and entertainment cuisine is popular in Guiyang,which reflects the life attitude,rhythm and preference of Guiyang citizens.
