摘要：通过调研贵州生物制药行业人才需求的特点,结合贵州理工学院的办学定位,本文从实施路径、课程体系构建、教学模式与评价方式改革等方面探讨了地方工科院校生物制药专业应用型人才的培养问题。
Applied talents training in biopharmaceutical specialty is discussed in this paper through investigating the requires in biopharmaceutical industry,combining the orientation of GIT.The way of implementing approach、constructing curriculum system、teaching models and evaluations is studied.
