摘要:新工科背景下,培养交叉学科创新型人才是高等教育的重要任务,而学科竞赛是其重要途径。当前土木工程专业的学科竞赛模式专业性极强,学科交叉融合特征不显著,且在比赛过程中尚未充分体现实践动手能力。本文提出基于交叉融合内涵的学科竞赛新模式设想,通过新增实操评价维度、量化学科交叉融合分值占比,构建新模式下的学科竞赛评价体系。以贵州理工学院土木交通水利学院为试点进行实践,促进医学、计算机、材料、数学等学科与土木工程学科的有机融合,提升了学生创新思维与实践操作的双重能力,为土木工程学科培养交叉学科创新型人才。
In the context of new engineering disciplines,cultivating interdisciplinary innovative talent represents a crucial task for higher education,with subject competitions serving as a key avenue for achieving this objective.The current disciplinary competition model within civil engineering programmes exhibits a high degree of specialisation,with insufficient emphasis on interdisciplinary integration.Meanwhile,practical skills have not been sufficiently demonstrated during the competition.This paper puts forward the conception of a new discipline competition model based on the connotation of interdisciplinary integration,and constructs an evaluation system for discipline competitions under the new model by adding a practical operation evaluation dimension and quantifying the proportion of interdisciplinary integration scores.The initiative will be piloted at the College of Civil Engineering of Guizhou Institute Technology to foster the organic integration of disciplines such as medicine,computer science,materials science,and mathematics with civil engineering.This model can enhance students'dual capabilities in innovative thinking and practical operations,thereby cultivating interdisciplinary innovative talent for the civil engineering discipline.
