摘要:针对生物多样性传统指标评价法无法全面、科学地反映微观尺度生物多样性空间特点进而影响其评价准确性的问题,基于土地利用数据和县域生物多样性分值,以贵州省为例,提出一种利用地理信息系统技术的区域生物多样性评价方法。结果表明,贵州省生物多样性分值为0.45,呈现北部、东北部和东南部较高,中西部较低的特点,自然植被和威胁地类比例的高低是影响生物多样性空间格局的重要因素。该方法可以将较大尺度的生物多样性水平进行微观、精细化空间表达,提高区域生物多样性保护能力。
Traditional biodiversity assessment indices cannot comprehensively reflect spatial pattern of biodiversity at micro scale, thereby affecting their accuracy. To circumvent this problem with Guizhou Province as an example, a GIS software was used to assess the biodiversity based on land use data and biodiversity score at the county scale. The results showed that the mean biodiversity score was 0.45 in Guizhou Province. Biodiversity scores in northern, Northeastern and southeast regions were relatively high, while those in central and western regions were relatively low. The ratio between natural vegetation and threat land was an important factor affect-ing the spatial pattern of biodiversity. With this new method, relatively large scale of biodiversity could be assessed at micro scale with more accurate spatial pattern, thereby providing scientific basis for the protection of regional biodiversity.
