摘要:细长轴在实际生产中具有很高的应用价值,但由于其刚度较低,在车削过程中易发生变形与颤振,严重制约加工质量。本文对柔性工件的两自由度车削动力学模型进行分析,通过ABAQUS软件对常规车削和超声椭圆振动车削TC4钛合金进行仿真,对比不同加工方式下切屑状态和切削力之间的差异。提取两种加工方式下的切削刚度系数,结合叶瓣图探究超声椭圆振动车削在抑制颤振、提高细长轴车削稳定性方面的优势。结果表明:在相同车削参数下,超声椭圆振动车削可以更好地实现断屑效果,避免切屑缠绕,其切削力相较于常规车削减小了35.2%~51.8%。超声振动切削能抑制颤振的主要原因是降低了切削刚度系数,从车削稳定性叶瓣图中可知,当切削刚度系数由2 933.9 N/mm减小到2 140.1 N/mm时,极限切削宽度最小值由1.4 mm增大到1.9 mm,增大加工参数的选择范围,有利于提高加工效率。
The slender shaft has a high application value in practical production,but its rigidity is low,deformation and chatter are easy to occur in the turning process,which seriously restricts the machining quality.The dynamic model of two-degree-of-freedom turning of flexible workpiece is analyzed.The conventional turning and ultrasonic elliptical vibration turning of TC4 titanium alloy are simulated by ABAQUS software,and the differences between chip state and cutting force are compared under different processing methods.The cutting stiffness coefficients of two machining methods are extracted,and the advantages of ultrasonic elliptical vibration turning in suppressing chatter and improving the stability of slender shaft turning are explored in combination with the lobe diagram.The results show that under the same turning parameters,ultrasonic elliptical vibration turning can achieve better chip breaking effect and avoid chip entanglement.The cutting force is reduced by 35.2%~51.8%compared with conventional turning.The main reason why ultrasonic vibration cutting can suppress flutter is to reduce the cutting stiffness coefficient.From the turning stability lobe diagram,it can be seen that when the cutting stiffness coefficient is reduced from 2933.9 N/mm to 2140.1 N/mm,the minimum limit cutting width increases from 1.4 mm to 1.9 mm,which improves the selection range of machining parameters.It is beneficial to improve the processing efficiency.
