摘要:【目的】聚焦不同畜禽粪源(羊粪、牛粪、猪粪、鸡粪)-秸秆有机肥施用对土壤重金属形态和甘蓝根茎叶重金属元素分配的影响,为畜禽粪源-秸秆有机肥的施用管理和甘蓝安全生产提供理论依据。【方法】采用田间随机区组试验设计,设置对照组(CK)与羊粪、牛粪、猪粪和鸡粪-秸秆有机肥处理组,利用BCR分布提取法和电感耦合等离子体质谱仪分析土壤、有机肥重金属形态及甘蓝根、茎、叶的重金属含量特征。【结果】施有机肥后,土壤pH随施肥量升高而升高。各处理土壤酸溶态和可还原态Cr含量总体处于较低水平,占总Cr含量比例低于1%。与CK相比,施用不同畜禽粪源-秸秆有机肥后,土壤酸溶态和可还原态Cr含量未产生显著变化;随施肥量增加,土壤可氧化态Cr和残渣态Cr含量均增加。土壤可氧化态和残渣态Cd含量无明显变化,土壤酸溶态Cd含量较CK呈降低趋势,可还原态Cd含量均升高;土壤酸溶态Cu含量有所降低,可氧化态Cu含量较CK均升高。甘蓝根、茎和叶中Cr含量总体上随有机肥施肥量增加而增加。甘蓝根、茎和叶中Cd含量和Cu含量总体上均低于CK,其中,根和茎中Cd含量随羊粪-秸秆有机肥、猪粪-秸秆有机肥和鸡粪-秸秆有机肥施肥量增加而降低。施用粪源-秸秆有机肥,新鲜甘蓝叶Cr、Cd和Cu含量未超过食品安全限量。【结论】不同畜禽粪源-秸秆有机肥中Cu、Cr、Cd含量均低于我国有机肥金属限量标准,适量施用不同畜禽粪源-秸秆有机肥后,能有效抑制甘蓝对Cr、Cu的吸收。科学规范生产与施用畜禽粪源-秸秆有机肥,可调节土壤微量金属迁移与生物有效性,降低健康风险。
【Objective】The effects of different livestock manure resources(sheep manure,cow dung,pig manure and chicken manure)-straw organic fertilizer fertilization pattern on heavy metal form in soil and distribution in root,stem and leaf of cabbage were studied to provide the theoretical basis for application management of livestock manure-straw organic fertilizer and safety production of cabbage.【Method】The used field randomized block experiment design included CK and 4 treatments of M_(1)(sheep manure-straw organic fertilizer),M_(2)(cow dung-straw organic fertilizer),M_(3)(pig manurestraw organic fertilizer)and M_(4)(chicken manure-straw organic fertilizer).The heavy metal form in soil and organic fertilizers,and heavy metal content in root,stem and leaf of cabbage were analyzed by BCR distributed extraction method and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer.【Result】The soil pH of 4 treatments increased with increase of organic fertilizer amount.The content of acid soluble Cr and reducible Cr in soils of 4 treatments was at a lower level,accounting for less than 1%of total Cr.There was no significant change in acid soluble Cr and reducible Cr content in soils among 4 treatments compared with CK.The oxidizable Cr and residual Cr content in soil increased with increase of fertilizing amount.There was no significant change in soil oxidizable and residual Cd content of 4 treatments.The soil acid soluble Cd content showed a decreasing trend but soil reducible Cd content rised compared with CK.The soil acid soluble Cu content decreased to some extent but soil oxidizable Cu content rised compared with CK.The Cr content in root,stem and leaf of cabbage generally increased with increase of fertilizing amount but Cd and Cu content in root,stem and leaf of cabbage was lower than CK.The Cd content in root and stem of cabbage decreased with increase of sheep manure-straw organic fertilizer,pig manure-straw organic fertilizer and chicken manure-straw organic fertilizer amount.The Cr,Cd and Cu content in fresh leaves of cabbage applied with livestock manure-straw organic fertilizer did not exceed the limit of food safety.【Conclusion】The Cu,Cr and Cd content of different livestock manure-straw organic fertilizer treatments is lower than the limit standard of heavy metals in the organic fertilizer in China.Suitably fertilizing livestock manure-straw organic fertilizer can inhibit Cr and Cu absorption of cabbage effectively.The measures to use scientific and standardized production technology and apply livestock manure-straw organic fertilizer can regulate migration and bio-availability of trace metals in soil and reduce human health risks.
