摘要：目的:研究景天三七挥发油的化学成分。方法:利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取景天三七的挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)联用仪对挥发油进行成分分析,按峰面积归一化法计算各成分的含量。结果:鉴定出32种化学成分,其中主要化学成分是六氢法呢基丙酮(25.71%)、异植物醇(10.59%)、油酸甲酯(6.01%)、棕榈酸甲酯(5.70%)、亚麻油酸甲酯(4.87%)、4,8,12,16-四甲基十七烷-4-内酯(3.89%)、亚油酸乙酯(3.25%),占总挥发油的60.01%。
Objective： To study the chemical compositions of the essential oil of Sedum aizoon L. Methods： The essential oil of Sedum aizoon L.was extracted with the steam distillation method and its chemical compositions were analyzed by GC-MS. The relative contents in the essential oils were determined by peak area nomalization. Results： 32 components were identified, among which, the main constituents were as follows： Hexa- hydrofarnesyl acetone （ 25.71% ）, Isophytol （ 10.59% ）, Methyl oleate （ 6.01% ）, Methyl palmitate （ 5.70% ）, Methyl linolelaidate （4.87%）, 4, 8, 12, 16-Tetramethyl heptadecan-4-olide （3.89%）, and Ethyl linoleate （3.25%） , which account for 60.01% of the total composition of the oil.
