摘要:某企业氧化铝生产系统采用碳酸化法回收金属镓,因受炉气CO2浓度和压力影响较大,实际产能只有设计产能(10t/a)的一半,且产品纯度难以达到4N级。因此,经多次调研和现场试验,最终选择树脂吸附——酸脱附法对原碳酸法进行升级改造,改造后产品质量得到极大改善,成本同行业领先、产能大幅上升。
Carbonization process to reclaim gallium is used in the alumina production system of an enterprise, which is greatly affected by the pressure and the concentration of the furnace gas (CO2 ), the actual productivity is only half of design capacity (10t/a) ,and the purity of the product is difficult to a- chieve the level of 4N. Therefore, the enterprise selects resin adsorption - acid desorption technology to substitute for the original carbonization process through research and test. After optimizing the technology, product quality is greatly improved, the cost is the same industry - leading and the production capacity is increased substantially.
